Stalwart Travel Companion
I bought this bag sometime last year, and I've taken it just about around the world with me. A year later, it's still in great shape! What can you do with this? You can pack a week in this baby. You can take your mobile office with you at the same time. Go on a weekend shopping spree! You might not even have to expand it! Pair it with the EQ Travel Backpack for more win! But, aside from not fitting in regional jet/turboprop overhead bins, there are other issues with the form factor. It's sized to fit just aboard any worldwide legacy airline's mainline craft, but the thing weighs way too much empty. If your airline weighs its carry-ons with any frequency (like one particular South Pacific national airline), half the allowance has gone into the bag itself. I also wish there were a 4-wheeled spinner version for those of us that would like one; as dimensionally svelte this case happens to be, it's not easy to maneuver in crowded airports, planes, and Japanese trains. That said, this has the best roller wheels I've ever used. Stairs are NOT a problem, and neither are most gaps. Just roll on along.
Very Well Thought Out Travel Bag
This bag has everything you need for traveling for work and for fun. The front Pocket for the Laptop, iPad, Pens, Chargers work great for my iPad Air and Macbook Air. I will say this, if you fly on a regional jet it won't fit in the overhead storage bins. I am planning on purchasing the Rolling Brief for my regional flights and keeping this one for longer flights. I LOVE the EO Travel line so much, that I am also ditching my backpack to pickup the EO Travel BackPack once it returns in stock.
Incase Does It Again
I've been using Incase products for years now and they always impress me with their design quality and customer service. This bag is incredibly sleek and has enough room to pack every computer accessory and tablet I have. The entire bag is streamlined and well partitioned to keep everything you own in the right place - and protected. If you're lugging around photo/video gear, having a bag like this makes packing everything else a breeze.
When I opened my package they also threw in a pair of Sonic Headphones because I had a shipping issue on my previous order. One: I can't believe they remembered. Two: WOW! I can't wait to use this bag full time for traveling and encourage anyone else on the fence to pick one up. This is one of those bags that will last you a long, long time.
