Items purchased through goincase.com

  • We guarantee all merchandise sold by goincase.com.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
  • After 30 days, Incase cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item purchased via goincase.com

  1. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  2. Include the original packing slip or copy of your receipt and your reason for return.
  3. Print a pre-paid shipping label at http://incase.upsrow.com/
  4. Drop-off at your local UPS store, drop box etc.
  5. Send your order number and tracking number to [email protected]

If you do not wish to use our pre-paid return label, follow the below instructions:

  1. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  2. Include the original packing slip or receipt and your reason for return.
  3. Address package to:

  4. Ship via carrier of your choice.
  5. Send your order number and tracking number to [email protected]

Incase warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details.

Items purchased through other retail locations

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than goincase.com. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our warranty policy. All you need to do is fill out our claim form and we'll look into getting a replacement out to you.
