Items purchased through goincase.com

We guarantee all merchandise sold by goincase.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 30 days, Incase cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item:

  1. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  2. Include the orignal packing slip and your reason for return.
  3. Address package to:

Incase warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (three (3) years for guitar bags). Please see our warranty for further details.
