Great fit on new MBP (Late 2008)

I got this sleeve the day after my new MBP was delivered after looking at a number of alternatives. It fits snugly around the MBP, although as someone else mentioned it is a little deep for the MBP (a 1/4 of an inch or so?). This does allow the zipper to close without contacting the computer at all, which is a very positive thing (no possibility of scratches) and the reason I chose this sleeve over others. Its a great choice for those looking for secondary protection in a backpack, etc. Highly recommended as a neoprene MBP sleeve.

I bought this sleeve at the apple store for my 15" MacBook Pro and it does a great job at protecting the computer from scratches when I'm carrying it around in my bag. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the case looks very sharp. However it is quite loose on the MacBook Pro, as it is too deep for the computer. This was disappointing as the case's advertisements leave you with the impression that it will be a perfect fit. None the less, I am still extremely happy with the case!

I bought this for my little brother's Dell D630 (w/ 9cell batt.) and it fitsperfectly. I liked it so much and the fit, I bought one for my Dell M1530. It's just a tad snug but better than being loose. My brother and I use it to carry around in our backpacks. Keeps dust/dirt out and helps protect from scratches. Has enough padding to absorb minimal amounts of shock, nothing major. It's better than having no protection at all.

Currently I own this product. As some one previously mentioned, I also use it to help protect my laptop while in my backpack. I love this product because it helps protect from scratches that may occour while in my bag. It is nice, because it helps keep away dust/dirt, etc.

This is a nice case, but is impractical for anything other than secondary protection. I only use it to tighten the fit in my backpack.
